Introduction

Automotive Research Group in Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia was officially established in year 2007. The automotive group is a strategic initiative from faculty for pursuing multidisciplinary research on Vehicle Dynamic,  Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Durability and Thermofluid, and also provides the Research and Development Laboratory for research activities. Automotive group researchers seek to develop enabling technologies and systems for strategic applications and strategic collaboration with automotive industries in Malaysia such as Proton, Perodua, DRB HICOM and others.

To be a world class research in automotive field for vehicle dynamic and internal combustion engine.

Mission

To develop and excel in research in advanced engine, vehicle dynamic and internal combustion engine technology so as to contribute to the automotive technological advancement of Malaysia
