Aims and Scope
 

 The bilingual (English - Malay) Geografia-Malaysian Journal of Society and Space (GMJSS) is an international, multidisciplinary journal published one to two, three or four times a year by the School of Social, Development and Environmental Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). The GMJSS provides a venue for sharing and discussion of problems and issues in the developing world. It considers theoretical and empirical articles that deal with the environment, society and development of the developing countries from interrelated disciplinary viewpoints. The journal welcomes contributions from geographers as well as other scholars from the humanities, social sciences and environmental sciences with a research interest in the developing world.
