Library user will have to obey the rules as stated below:

1. Show the membership card before entering the library.

2. Bags (except computer / laptop bag), packages, files, jacket and umbrella are not allow in the library.

3. Users will have to behave well in the library.

4. Smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed in the library.

5. Using hand phone are not allowed in the library.

6. Keep silence in the library and users are not encourage to talk and make noises.

7. Users will have to show all their belonging to library staffs at the counter after using the library.

8. Users need to put back all the books or other materials used at the provided trolley.

9. Those who failed to obey the library rules will be fined or hanged membership.
