For your application to be considered, you need to produce evidence of English proficiency. For undergraduate programmes, UKM recognizes results from Cambridge A Level or Cambridge O Level. For postgraduate applications, you need to produce results from TOEFL or IELTS. |

Except for the Inbound Mobility programmes, there will be no UKM representatives at the airport and no transportation provided. |

How do I get an entry visa? |

When you have received the acceptance letter from the UKM, you should visit the nearest Malaysian Embassy or Consulate in your home country to obtain an entry visa. Once you have arrived in Malaysia, the University will obtain your student pass on your behalf from the Kuala Lumpur Immigration Office. |

The daily living expenses depend on the needs and lifestyle of the individual. We estimate the cost of accommodation, food, local travel, living and other personal expenses for self-supporting single student to be a minimum of RM1, 000 (USD 266) per month.
