Instructions for oral presentations
		The author will have 15 min for presentation including discussion;
		this means 10-12 min  for  presentation and 3-5 min for discussion.
		The chairs of the oral sessions will be directed to strictly follow the timetable.
		Instructions for poster presentations
		We recommend as format for poster presentation the following size:
		24 inches (width) x 36 inches (length).
		The panels for poster fixation are available at the Melati Foyer.
		Devices for poster fixation will be available.
		The authors are requested to hand in their posters during registration on
		the 28th of November 2007, before the beginning of the scientific program.
