Introduction
This Handbook  outlined the procedures and steps on matters relating to event management and protocols for official functions held both within UKM or at an external venue.

The contents in this Manual is by no means absolute, it can be adjusted according to the needs, occasions and requirement provided it conform to the University's Standard.

The objective if this Manual are to:

» Ensure that a particular function is conducted in accordance to University’s Management requirement and standard.

» Provide guidelines of how the various functions in the University should be conducted;

»Highlight information that should be given attention by PTJ when conducting a program or function;

» Set out the roles an responsibility of PTJ when managing an event

» Identify the facilities and resources that can be utilised in conducting an event.
