You are required to arrange items No. 1 to 12 in TWO (2) sets (refer to the application checklist).

Please send the application for admission and a non-refundable processing fee of RM100.00
(US$30 for international applicants) to the Centre for graduate Management (PPS) Office by the appropriate deadline. Postal Order or Money Order or Banker’s Draft should be payable to
"BENDAHARI UKM" or bank in account No. 1218-0005004-05-8(CIMB Bank Berhad)
(please enclose the bank slip) Cash and personal cheques will not be accepted.

Prior to submitting the application forms, please ensure that the accompanying copies of the necessary documents are arranged in order (degree, diploma, certificate, academic transcript, letter of sponsorship or financial guarantor). Incomplete application forms will not be processed. Please label "PPS APPLICATION" on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. Completed application forms are to be mailed to the following address:
